I see the Giants winning this one handily. The Niners are in disarray. The Giants D has improved tremendously, Eli is playing well, and they have a solid running game again.

They are moving right down the field on their first drive.....would have a TD already, but Ward dropped the pass, his second drop of the day.

Well now they have a TD

Jacobs is having a great first half, amassing 76 rushing yards and one TD with ~4 minutes remaining in first half.
