from the nfl tiebreaking rules
9. Best net points in common games.
10. Best net points in all games.
11. Best net touchdowns in all games.
This is not youth league football. Winner takes all the glory and a lot more money and the rules above are just part of it. If your main competition in the AFC is the colts who also score a lot of points, you might want to make sure you have 9, 10, and 11 covered just in case. It doesn't matter so much this year since they have a head to head mtachup but still....

Usually the score is ran up for psychological reasons. You want the other team to hear throughout the week how bad you blew out a top ranked defense or a top ranked offense.

You think any of these guys are thinking about tie breakers when they put 50 pts up on someone?

Do you really think the Pats will have to go that far in to the tiebreakers?

Hopefully the coach is. I hope Wade does.

No, not really, but you never know. Brady and Moss could go down next game and patriots lose three or four games and end up with a tiebreaker with someone

:laugh2: Not only are they "America's Team", they are the "Poster Boys" of the NFL....IMO, it seems the NFL cloned the Cowboys and created a bi-product.......
It's kinda like Gremlins and bright lights!

Can anybody find for me the farthest down the list any tiebreaker has ever gone? I mean really, numbers 9-11? You'd probably get better odds placing a Super Bowl bet on the Dolphins right now.
