"Packers could be a 13-3 team if they keep playing the way they have, the only teams that can stand in their way are the Dallas Cowboys, and the Kansas City Chiefs" ... ?!?

Don't know about the Chiefs, but they do have a pretty good schedule excepting the Cowboys.

Coming into this game the Packers opponents defenses allow 257 passing yards per game (the worst in the league), the remaining opponents including Denver average 205 (the 2nd hardest remaining in the league Atlanta has it hardest passing wise). This wonderful media story of success through decades might end up a sad tale of failure, the packers need to find the running game.

The Chiefs are playing well, and they get the Pack in Arrowhead. They are certainly capable of beating them.

We should only be hoping that the Cheifs take care of business for us. I will not be denied my home field advantage:D

I thought it was funny because the Chiefs suck, and they play in the AFC... so even if they did beat the Packers, it has little bearing on the NFC.

Ah. But Key was talking about how they would get to 13-3, not teams standing in their way for HFA or playoffs.

Haha, I heard that too and I looked at my buddy and asked, "Did the Chiefs move to the NFC?"

Perhaps Key was referring to Green Bay's schedule. Do the Packers play the Chiefs?

Even if they had dropped this game to the Broncos, they'd be 5-2. If they then lost to the Chiefs, they're 5-3 with both losses to AFC teams and capable of going 13-3 (make that 12-4 with a loss to the Cowboys).
That leaves the Cheeseheads still well within the race of winning their division and contending in the NFC.
I'm guessing he probably meant to say the Cowboys and the Lions. Makes alot more sense that way.
But it still doesn't compare to last weeks "David Carr and the Texans could be in for a long day".

If you what you said above is what Key said, then you have taken his words out of context.
Losses to the cowboys, and the Chiefs would put the Packers at 13-3. He didn't say (by your original post) anything about playoffs, or contending in the NFC. Key was merely speculating about GB next two losses.
I understand its the thing now to bash media personal, but at least let it be deserving.

@KC
@DAL
@DET
Vs. DET
Vs. CAR
Those are all games I could see the Packers losing.
