For all his screwups, Rummy was absolutely right at the beginning of the war. Most of the senior generals were sure we would need a lot more combat power to defeat the Iraqi Army. Rummy said they would fold like a cheap umbrella and he was right. Unfortunately we did not have the manpower to really keep order- and disbanding the Iraqi army the way we did was the big mistake. fact is that we really did not have the manpower to really keep order; it would have taken around 300,000 troops to really clamp down hard and keep things from brewing. And we just do not have that kind of manpower anymore.

The part where he draws the horse's arse, then laughs cracks me up. It doesn't matter your political affiliation... some of the questions these reporters ask warrant it...

You know some of these guys would like to do that at times... on both sides...
