Legal stew benches Jags rook… Jacksonville LB Justin Durant, a second-round pick at the 2007 draft, will not play later today when the Jaguars play in New Orleans after being charged with resisting arrest without violence. Durant, the 48th player taken at last April’s draft, was the first player taken this year from a non-Division 1A school.
