Latin, how do you do the reflective and have it fade?

10/10 paper

2 layers of the main render and flip them vertically.

top layer glaussen blur it not too much.
bottom layer leave alone, lower the opacity a little.

then with a soft brush erase with the opacity on 15 at the top of the top layer

and erase on the bottom of the bottom layer.

erase them so they blend into 1.
