I am not sure I like this trade at all. Actually, I was rather pissed when I first heard.

But....Didn't Landry have a 3 year rule for players? If the don't show you anything in 3 years, you cut them loose. Bill mentioned he followed that rule too.

AB is in his 3rd year and has not lived up to what we all wanted him to be. Maybe Bill saw this and realized he didn't need to finish in the 3rd year and decided to get something for him while we could.

Admit it guys, AB has NOT lived up to what any of us thought he could be. He had his chances. Maybe it is best to cut ties and get something for him while we can.

Just a thought. Don't know if I believe it or not.

Yep.

I do not think this had anything to do with the three year rule.
Maybe more of the 3 strikes you are out rule. :(

Bill has got to have a good reason to get rid of AB. Right?

There must be more to this than we know. Hey, if the guy wasn't happy with his role, he seems to be the kind of person that won't be worth a daamn to the team. I think it is ABs way or no way. Same with Parcells.

Guess we know who won...
