? Whats a turnover? Please explain.
Seriously.....I can flip back thru every game every week and see other defense's forcing turnovers and it's really depressing that we can't do the same. THe last few years I've labled our defense as being a really good defense....we haven't seen a good defense in Dallas in quite a long while.
I thought when you draft players in the top 10 they are usually "playmakers".
Roy Williams and Terrance Newman have both been let downs in that category imo. They are both solid players but we could have traded out of those draft slots and picked up solid players with lower cap figures.
Pick it up guys.
All you Ty Law trade naysayers, Who's your Daddy.
4-3 cover 2 supporters? Where is your Daddy?
We can coach up CB's? - terrible mgmt and terrible drafting - NOTHING to show past 10 years.

What you have never seemed to grasp is that we all wanted Ty law.
He was not coming here and stressing over it was worthless.
Love to have him. I really would. Not going to happen.

watching our CB's get toasted week after week.
Put Romo in 4th and lets give him a shot, The VT era is not going well.

I wanted us to trade for Culpepper, Moss, and Holmes, so "Who's your daddy!"
Living in a fantasy world must be nice Nors, but it does not happen in the REAL world.

On the table - we caould have made moves. We have not and are really a threat to be a Top 10 draft slot. Our Offense can't score points and our secondary is terrible.
We are so predictable on D, and are now soon to be dead last in NFL in turnovers created.

I feel your frustration.
Henson should get the call next week.
Once Julius is back we might move forward finally.

I tend to agree with you re: henson, but with all due respect, pinning the hopes of this moribond offense on Julius Jones is na exercise in futility, IMO.

So is pinning them on Eddie George and Richie Anderson.

Great we kill our cap space and a #1 pick for a CB that would not have put us over the top. For the love of God let it go already.
The problem is not the moves we did not make, it's the ones we DID make. George, Eaton, and Wiley are non-factors, Vinny is too old and limitted to carry a team.
It's time to go young, take our lumps and build for next year, where we have two #1 picks...both looking high...and plenty of cap space.

The reason this team can't score is because we aren't establishing George.
We pass so much and get nothing. Last year we ran and controlled clock.

George leaves yards on the field every time he carries the ball. His 6 and 7 yard runs early should have gone for 20+. He's done that EVERY game.
Unused cap DOES carry over. Adam and I both explained it to you how. You re-work contracts to add incentives that won't be reached. You spend the money and get a refund next year. The Vikings added several million this season by doing that very thing. Also if you don't over pay for that old CB his salary does not shrink next year's cap.
