And for that matter, Ryan Grant did next to 'nil, while MB3 bulldozed the Giants' D.
Anyhow-the big difference b/w Favre and Romo against the Giants was that Favre pretty much looked bad the ENTIRE game(outside of that 90 yd TD strike and a bad penalty by Madison), while Romo looked good until late when our OL broke down.
I feel pretty good going into next season.:)

Romo really did not play bad at all, those sacks are something we are going to have to live with. He is a gambler, he takes those chances sometimes he comes up with an outstanding play(Rams game) and sometimes he may get sacked. I will gladly put up with the gambles, as he has mostly had success when he does these things.
If Crayton and Fasano catch their passes then we would not be talking about this, for looking bad at the end he had us in place to win, had Crayton done his job Romo is the hero, but Crayton let up so it is put on Romo(media).

I'm sick of how the media defends and glorifies Brett Favre. Today, he got exposed for the QB he is. When the Giants took away his little dink and dunk game and screen passes, he couldn't do anything downfield. I wanted to play the Packers because I knew Brett Favre would be the reason we would beat them. Favre always forces interceptions against teams that can apply pressure. If you blitz Favre, he is going to force a bad pass due to his gun slinger mentality. He gets away with that in the regular season but when he ultimately faces a quality team in the playoffs, he chokes. Ever since Holmgren left the Packers, Favre hasn't had anyone to control him and limit his stupid mistakes. It was fun to watch the Packer fans eat it as their hero was the reason for their eventual demise in the playoffs. But of course, the media won't blame Brett favre.
Bottom line
Both lost to the Giants and will be watching the Super Bowl. One in Cabo and the other on a farm!
