Latest crazy locker room rumor guys, so take it for what it's worth.....Supposedly a wealthy New York Giants fan purchased superbowl tickets for the woman whom Moss allegedly assaulted. Now keep in mind the woman filed a restraining order against Moss. I obtained this information from a fellow doctor who's related to Gerris Wilkinson of the Giants....there is a posting on the internet somewhere but I haven't been able to locate it, so that's the only source I have....

restraining orders work both ways. If he can't come within 500 feet of her, she can't come within 500 feet of him. And clearly Moss is the one with the right to be in Arizona this weekend.

This is strange but you must admit, this locker room fodder is quite funny. The irony of the Pats being cheaters and the creativeness of a fan trying to help the Giants...

No kidding. First off, restraining orders are only effective in the district they are issued. So, she would also have to have one in Arizona (or probably the exact district within Arizona) Which I seriously doubt a judge would even issue. He would be more likely to tell her, "stay the hell out of Arizona until the Superbowl is over with!" Why? Right to work *****!

If they really want to screw things up for the Patriots hire Belicheck's ex-wife as a water girl for the Giants. Every time she ran onto the field during TV timeouts he'd be distracted.

I also heard the same wealthy Giants fan hired a Cryptozoologist to go out and find a bigfoot to play football for the NYFG. Turns out he discovered five and they will all play on defense Sunday. Seriously.

I'm sure she could get a seat that's 500ft away from him at all times...and let the cameras show her a few times haha

Or the woman's husband who accused him of breaking up their marriage.

I think you guys might be overlooking the power of state laws and whether they overlap into others. In other words, a state might not honor anothers restraining order. Arizona, I doubt, will honor that restraining order. A restraining order is not federal law.

It's not a law at all! It's an order of the court! :D

Exactly, what do the laws state in Arizona as far as court orders from another state. I doubt Arizona will honor that type of court order.

Not true. You can be held in contempt of court in the district the order was issued for violating it anywhere, including a foreign country. You cannot be held criminally liable in the issuing jurisdiction, but depending on Arizona's laws he could be held criminally liable in Arizona if he violated a foreign order there. However, in order to violate the order Moss would have to initiate the contact......
