We Must Make These Changes To Reach 8-8

First we must bench Vinny . I mean whats the point, no player on the offense respects the guy, would you? i mean here you are a young nimble athletic
man , and your team hires some old worn down 41 yo guy who looks like granpa moses when he throws. Lets get Henson in and get some fire and youth back in the offense.We need a strong leader not the all time loser. if you dont believe me check out Vinnys record. Qb is about leadership not stats , and Vinny cant lead a team and cant lead us in the endzone , those are the facts.

Secondly we must have reshard lee being the leading ball carrier on this team.Its been six games and George is only avging 3.5 per carry , can we live with that? Hell no. hes not produced , again we need some youth in the offense . Put in Lee and lets see what he can do. We know he can hit a hole alot faster then george. its time for him to get a shot. George should be used like jerome bettis is used on the steelers, short yardage and goaline.


Offensive line is playing great.

Bench Wiley , start obuju ...wiley is doing nothing.

Bench coakley and put in Bradi James.

Bench al singleton put in keith oneil.

lb play has been awful. were like 29th against the run. let some of the young guys come in and play. this could provide a major spark for us, you get some eager young guys in there dying to play . it might really spark the defense.

bench reeves and work in KEITH DAVIS AT THE NICKEL.

leave in tryone williams at cb and newman. we got to live and die with these guys.


if we make these changes i can see us reaching 8-8.

gotta agree with the vinny and george part. Clearly george is not gonna be anything more than mediocre-bad, so whats the point of playing him so much? If we start Lee and he sucks oh well, we sitll have George. How hard can it be to give a mediocre-bad performance. at least if lee is doing it, he has some kind of future, George is way past his prime, and on a team like the boys who aren't on the cusp of championship why waste your time with him.

same goes for Henson. how much worse can he be than vinny, at least if he plays we get a chance to prepare for the future. Vinny has been playing ok, but average at best honestly. Clearly vinny has no future with the boys, hes just a stopgap and if hte future can play as good as the stopgap or similar, why not play the future??

Dexter was also at the point of the attack on the 90 yard TD run. When you get spanked that bad, nobody on the defense played good.

You also predicted Shanle and Thornton would get serious PT this week at LB. I saw Shanle once...on special teams. Thornton was a rush end in passing situations. Weird, just like I said. Of course, you will conveniently forget you were wrong and crow about some other oddball thing you guess right on. Keep guessing though. Some week Al will get hurt and Shanle can get in. Then you will be right!

You will be happy to know I am done defending Singleton though. I can't defend any member of defense that played that bad. Just awful. No one escapes the blame. However, having said that, I would be shocked if super scrub Shanle gets in there.

Henson who has started 8 football games dating back to 1998, is not READY to run an NFL offense.
