Propaganda has many applications beyond wartime rhetoric. Virtually every political or social message utilizes propaganda; the quality and veracity of the message can be found in the extent to which it relies on propaganda.

There's at least as much scientific evidence that a zombie infestation could occur as there is that the earth's temperature is going to rise by freaking 10 degrees (aka the 6 degrees Celsius postulated by the documentary) over the next 100 years!

I thought we were already in global warming and that these last few years were supposed to be the hottest.

So they figured, based on this that next year, because of course global warming is still going on, that next year, is it!

I mean like it's all over? Because certainly, since global warming is real, it stands to reason that next year will be hotter and thus at least 1 or 2 degrees hotter which means the end of the world.

Mostly they knew to not let the truth get in the way of a good cause. The earth is going to change temps over time, we have been watching it for a blink of the eye when you consider how long the earth has been here. To claim something like climate change is irresponsible. While I am all for having a clean enviroment, we have to understand that the earth is in a constant state of change. Coral reefs do die off I am sure there have been millions of them in the past that have died and there will be many more in the future that will die. The earth will continue to change and until the crust hardens it will keep changing. The one thing that humanity has going for it, is that we can adapt and change to live in any enviroment. NYC will not be there forever. Get used to the idea.
