Really? He sets the tone. He like all good head coaches allows his coordinators to work, but within a guideline he sets. that team represented his attitude very well this year.

He is a very good head coach IMO. He got a bad rap because of cry babies like barber in ny and boselli in jax, plus he has the shadow of parcells over his head forever.

Most winning coaches had a good front office and good coordinators.

Quit your BSing. He went to three conference championships with two different teams and won a SB with the latter.

No doubt spagnuolo ran that defense and was the difference. You can say that about every winning head coach though. He is the head guy and allows the coordinators to do their job.

I think it is unfair to think coughlin had nothing to do with that teams run this postseason.
