I have seen this exact same Ghost Car during the winter here in Alaska. I guess it's not a geographical phenomena. :eek:

Yeah I heard that they explained that chase scene with the fence and all and it certainly was not a ghost.:)

Only thing I can figure is that maybe a couple of feet to one side or another, the fence ends. Just that the camera can't see it. If that's the case though, I would think the officer would have just told the show they gave the video to. I'm not sure.
