Well, DALLAS and DETROIT have been DECIMATED at the WR position.
This game might come down to RUNNING.... Oh god help us... this might be the longest game in the history of the NFL.

actually, a lot of running by both teams would make it one of the shortest games in NFL history. clock will never stop.

Hi BossBfan. Wouldn't the game actually be shorter if both teams ran the ball more?

NO. Because watching a game where every offensive possession is a 3 and out would frustrate me to the point of madness, and the game WOULD SEEM like the longest in history.
It was a sort of figure of speech... Unless our RB's try to run the corner every possession and get pushed out of bounds over and over and over and over and over again.
My point is this game might not be that much fun to watch. I didn't wait all summer to watch our practice squads play each other.

As a fellow lions fan, and hearing about your RB woes, we will probaly see a lot of 3 and outs over and over again. Unless of course either teams back up receivers really step up.
