Winehouse, 24, was said to have punched a man inside a bar early Wednesday morning, then later head-butted a 38-year-old man who tried to hail her a cab.
Assault carries a six-month prison sentence in London (http://www.nydailynews.com/topics/London), where the incidents reportedly took place.
Unfazed by her legal situation, Winehouse left her home at about 10 p.m. last night to go out on yet another bender.
According to the London Daily Mail (http://www.nydailynews.com/topics/UK+Daily+Mail), the singer was asked to leave the bar she was at because she was allegedly caught doing drugs in the bathroom, though her representatives vehemently deny those claims.
Her husband Blake Fielder-Civil (http://www.nydailynews.com/topics/Blake+Fielder-Civil) was remanded to custody today for allegedly causing "grievous bodily harm with intent" to a pub landlord, and was also charged for allegedly conspiring with his alleged victim for attempting to "pervert the court."

I think the rehab song blows, she shows her true talent on My Tears Dry on Their Own. Wino is an amazing talent, its just all to typical that she is mixed up in the wrong element.
