Waiting on the Cowboys state of the (preseason) union and I hear Brady say "we play in a tough division". I guess if I laid up all offseason with a supermodel I would feel the same. I would love to see his record as well as Bcheats if they played in the NFC East, from the start of their destiny. Maybe they would still be good I just HATE THE PATRIOTS AND BRADY

Okay?
Any toughness he faced in that division left earlier this week to Washington.

He might have had that friendly "hey I will give you a sack" relationship like Favre and Strahan.:laugh2:

Guys like Asante Samuel were able to thrive LARGELY b/c they were in a doormat AFCE. And not to mention too Samuel probably benefited alot from their cheating ways(although the Philly media and their fans keep insisting that it was ONLY defensive signals the Pats were stealing, and Samuel and the entire D had no knowledge about it:laugh2: ).

So with all of the tape and break down of the Pats offense last season. How many here think the Pats can come back and duplicate what they did last year? Gone are the days of Spygate and we are playing for ourselves. That won't cut the mustard this year.
I wonder what they will be playing for now? How is Bellycheck going to inspire them again.
Us AGAINST the world was last years model.

You know, I was thinking about Belichick and Taylor earlier today. Belichick always wants to try to get the good players his team has to face. Welker is a perfect example. I read where Welker was difficult for Belichick to defend, so he made an effort to get him on his team.
After their game in Dallas last year, he took time to seek out Marion Barber and try to lay the groundwork for him to come to NE (although that didn't work out for him).
Anyway, the point is... Little Bill is known for trying to get difficult to play against advesaries to come to his team when they happen to come available on the market.
How come he had zero interest in acquiring Jason Taylor, I wonder? That seems like the exact kind of player he would try to get for 1 or 2 years, but he had no interest.
Just something I thought of.

What is he supposed to say?
That his division sucks?
Oh wait. Silly me. This is just another example of anti-Dallas bias.

It's an honest question.
I expect Romo to say the Redskins are a tough team, even though I question their talent....
Its showing respect for opponents, etc, not wanting to give them material. All players do that. Brady is no different.

The Redskins are a tough opponent. Division games are always tough and for the most part play us very tough.
Us Cowboys fans like to diss the Redskins just like others like to diss us, but don't underestimate the Skins' especially at FedEx.

I guess their division foes have nothing to do with the fact they had one of the easiest schedules in the league last year and the easiest in the league this season. Give me a break Tom Tuck Rule Brady!

It's me probably making more out of it than was really there... but I have heard more than once that Little Bill will try to recruit guys who he has trouble playing against, when they are heading into a contract year. He had trouble defending Welker and so went out and got him.
Anyway... after the game in Dallas, Bill took the time to seek out Barber and talk to him about how he admires how MB3 plays the game. He congratulated him on the end zone run where he broke so many tackles... and I read some speculation that he might have been saying something along the lines of that he'd like to have him in NE.
I really shouldn't have stated it like I did above, as a fact. It is pure speculation and may or may not be true.
I do know that Bill tries to acquire the players who he has trouble game planning for. That came out of his own mouth. Knowing that, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if he did try to recruit Barber. You just know Bill loves the way he plays. Heck, all coaches do.

I would apreciate the honesty if he gave that answer over the BS answer he gave.
He made himself look like a fool by saying what he did.

Seriously if we have more Patriot threads like all the ones last year. I might just throw my computer out the window.

Bingo.
BTW, didn't the Pats blow out their division rivals in four, five, or maybe all six division games? I can't remember.

These Pats remind me of the 49's "dynasty".Very good team that benefits greatly from playing in a pathetic division. The Cowboys of the 90's had to come out of a very tough division. If you can almost count on 5 or 6 divisional wins everything else should fall right into place.

He was caught cheating before and told to stop. He didn't and the NFL folded at his feat. Even after, the NFL honors his request to have his 4 games on the West Coast be played back to back so his team won't be tired. Because, after all, they have such a grueling division to play in :\
Belichick will find a new way to discover a grey area. New England wins at least 13 games, easy. I feel they have a strong chance of going undefeated again.
