I'm not sure if this commercial is on in your area. But it's one I see every other commercial break and it's entirely annoying.

It promises McCain will take on big oil and tobacco (pfft). But the really annoying part is the narrator saying at the end in a raspy, whispery voice, "McKeeeeeyn".

I don't get it. Is this supposed to sound tough?

Does anyone know who that voice is and what work he's done before?
