Don't tell me that Bill actually got a personnel decision right?! I thought he only kept the garbage players & let surefire Hall of Famers (you know, like QC & AB) go! Isn't he the personnel screwup who only gets it right if he's got Belichick telling him what to do?

Bill got it wrong. He went through the offseason not riding Blade's *** thinking he could get by with Carson, Stewart and Jermaine Brooks at DT. Well he was dead wrong. All those players were unproductive and cut and this is why we can't defend the run.
A DT should have been brought in who can defend the run either in FA or in the draft. We are paying dearly for this mistake this year.
Bill was dead wrong on this one and he has only himself to blame because he gets to "buy his groceries".

And the DT he should have brought in is ???? Please, feel free to drop in a name of any FA DT who's been an impact guy on any team this year. Or a draft pick.
Forgive me for my ignorance, but wasn't Blade someone else's groceries that Bill inherited? Oh yes, & you naturally knew way back in the offseason that Willie should have been cut?

Actually Blade commented after leaving that he was glad to get away from Dallas, that things were too tough and strict and that things were more relaxed in Jacksonville and that he thought he would do much better.
Guess not........
