I am sure we all heard RW comment on some players not getting the BP way, and hopes they are gone, so who do you think he is talking about, I will start and say B. James, although I dont want to see him gone.

M Wiley, T Dixon, and T. Williams would be my guess.I thought wiley at first but as bad as he has been he just doesn't seem like he would go against anything at this stage of his career.

Maybe Randall Williams?
Guy has been here for years and when he finally gets the chance to play WR...he has drops...and drops is what has hurt him so far in his career (practice, camp).

i thought tyronne williams only played in one game before going down early in the second one. there are more likely candidates than him. guys that have played in every game.

Wiley would be one, almost certainly. Another may be James.

My guess would be Carson and Wiley, not sure who else. Maybe one of our LB'ers. I'm sure A. Bryant was another one.

I think James will be ok, he is just making some mistakes. Maybe he is trying to do too much? I don't know. Remember, he bulked up over the offseason and got stronger, so I think he buys into the system.

Who could be the players not getting BP message
Tough to say.
I don't believe you can only look at a player not producing as a sign he isn't getting Parcells' message. Big Bill had a quote a while back of the offical site saying that he felt like the fans thought Greg Ellis was having a standout campaign because of his sacks and that wasn't the case. There was a lot more to the game than sacks.
Or something to that effect.
Maybe Ellis was shirking his run responsibilities earlier and going for personal stats?
And Parcells admitted to sitting Bradie James and Kenyon Coleman in the second half of the Lions game because he didn't trust them to carry out their assignments. But he was quick to add that he would continue trying to work James into the line-up each week and get him involved.
So I don't know where the line between not getting Parcells' message and playing dumb football is, or if there is one.
I hope the players are ready to look in the mirror and start playing to the level their coach believes them to be capable of.
And do it now, scum is on the way.

Unfortunately, for us, I think you can probably add Reshard Lee to that list.

werent many (prob 90% or more) of you sure the guy in Parcell's hotel last offseason was Andre Gurode?
and all along it was Willie Blade, who was then cut because he was fat and later we learned had actually challenged Parcells on the offseason workout program?

Just depends on your definition.
By not getting the message, does one mean, not working hard and Parcells' message is going in one ear and out the other?
Or does one mean, getting talks from Parcells and still not performing.
I personally think that alot of the players on this squad actually do work hard and give it that good old 100% effort.
I just dont think guys like Wiley and Dixon are that great with regards to being a football player.

I don't think Wiley is one of the guys. He's not productive, but that doesn't mean he's not listening--he may just have lost it. I'd guess Lee is one of them--Bill was pretty blunt about his problems. Possibly some of the receivers, like Williams or Crayton.
We'll get a much better idea when the season is over & a lot of the team gets cut!

I think Randall Williams get it, but he just isn't that good. There is no other explanation as to why he is still on the team. He was injured early yet Parcells left a spot on the roster open for him. Why would Bill do that if he didn't think Williams wasn't on the same page? Williams just is not a good receiver. He only had one drop on Sunday. The big thing is that he doesn't get open. He doesn't know how to get open. He doesn't have the skills to run crisp routes or use his size and speed to create space. It was nice to keep him around and hope he built on his potential, but he hasn't.
At least that is my opinion. It would be nice if Vinny started forcing the ball to him and the other guys instead of always looking at Keyshawn. Still may turn the ball over, but let's truly see what these guys are made of.

I'm guessing that Eddie George has had a hard time buying into this system. I think he thought he would be getting a minimum of 20 carries per week.
Reshard may be having a hard time not understanding why he isn't playing.
I'm still not convinced that all the lineman have bought into Bill's ways either.
Wiley might be some of a problem. I think he wanted to be a 10 sack guy, and playing the run first might not have been his style.
That's just a few guesses, and I probably think of a few more as well.
