My Quarterbacks are down

I had Tom Brady as my starter and Jeff Garcia as my backup. It appears that Garcia may also be out this week. These are my available options:

Trent Edwards, Buffalo
Pennington, Miami
O'Sullivan, San Fran
Cassell, NE
Joe Flacco, Ravens
Matt Ryan, Falcons
Kyle Orton, chicago
Kerry Collins, Titans (now that Young is out)

I was also offered, Kitna and Ray Rice for Garcia and Matt Forte.

What do guys think is my best option?

If you don't want to do that pick up Cassell or Pennington.

Never draft a QB high in fantasy football, I got McNabb in the 6th round and got the RBs/WRs/TE I wanted. Out of the choices, Pennington had decent fantasy stats.

Dump Brady and Garcia and pick up those two. Brady is obviously done and Garcia is getting benched and won't return.
