I thought I would bring something different. This is a link to a fun quiz that may be enlightening to some. I know I was surprised by two of my answers. It seems like I will be voting McCain.

I'm not very likely to run into Sandra here in fly over country. Thank God.

It's interesting. Makes you realize that on a lot of issues, they have the same viewpoint.

I got all Obama save for 2, but it wasn't an easy choice for a lot of them.

I got all McCain but one. And that was on the gay marriage question and then I realized I miss read what McCain said.

Duh!

9-4 McCain.

Problem was; half of that crap was "lesser of the two evils" stuff. Not "Hey, I'm behind this."

Woohoo.

McCain 8, Obama 5

Obama lost due to his stances on the economy and health care.

7 to 6, Obama. Economy went to McCain. Split on the war, healthcare and immigration. Hot topics mainly went to Obama, but really the last question could have gone either way...

so, I'm still eagerly awaiting the debates.

11 to 2 for McCain, but since I'm not an american citizen, the only thing I can do is hope that McCain wins on November the 4th.

I had heard reports that people like that existed but I figured it was just a myth, like intelligent Redskins fans.

Obama got one on Immigration, but otherwise it was all McCain. I wanted to alter the answers more to my liking on most of them.

Same thing for me. I'm guessing thats the only one where a lot of conservatives sided with Obama.

That was fun - I got McCain. It gets rather tricky when you get to immigration and amnesty/"path to citizenship", since both positions are various shades of gray.

So is ABC going to keep doing this until they get the results they want then publish it?

I'm sure they are. Consider the recent "racism running rampant" polling lately. I've always wanted to see the actual poll questions posed to the people who took it. Buried in the fine print were several examples of "racist" attitudes in general...one of them was the notion that blacks are "responsible for their own problems". Excuse me? Aside from singling out blacks in this poll, the notion that people are responsible for their own plight is now "racist"? And I would presume by logical extension "sexist"? Yep. Individualism and self-reliance is now a "racist" attitude. We've already established that free markets are, after all the Community Reinvestment Act and Janet Reno's Justice Department made sure to stamp out "racism" in the form of lending based on creditworthiness. What's next?

In Denmark, where I live, about a fifth of the voters support McCain, even though all TV-channels and newspapers are extremely pro-Obama and don't report any negative stories about Obama.
The Conservative newspaper I read even had an idol poster of Obama in its pages about a month ago :bang2:
