Remember when the Titans lured him away from us with that ridiculous contract for nothing more than his plays on special teams because they wanted to make him a starter?
Well that little experiment didn't go so well apparently, not that their defense isn't still one of the best in the league.

Hasn't it been like 3 years since Fowler left? I would think being a 3 year starter vs. just being a special teams guy was a good move for a linebacker from Duke. Plus, I'm sure he still excels at Special Teams now that he is no longer the every down LB. It was a good move for Fowler and the Titans when he left here. Just b/c he's not an All-Pro doesn't make him a waste.

The good move was us not matching what the Titans offered.
