I feel like he may have had a minor stroke or something, because he became noticeably confused after his face started twitching. Although I'm not a medical expert; maybe someone with some expertise may enlighten us.

Can we get a version of that NOT in slow motion?
You can take slow motion and normal movements, facial expressions can look odd and out of place but in real time they just look like a blink or a number of other normal everyday things.
Furthermore, he is not the first candidate, or person for that matter, who has gotten "lost" on stage, or better put the first person to forget which side of the stage to exit on.
So until something else comes from this, a real time show of that look, a report of substance...this just seems like a stretch.

I guess when you've been tortured there may be some lingering affects.

Well according to conservatives what they did to McCain wasn't torture, so I don't see why you are complaining.

Does not look like anything to me.
We all have occasional eye twitches or facial ticks we don't realize.
Sometimes it could be just an oddball thing, sometimes it is a reaction to telling the truth or lies, sometimes it could be from a burp, hickup, fart and so on.
To me that did not look like anything bad.
It did not stop him from his speech, did not even stop him from finishing the word he was speaking during both times.
Seems like a stretch to me.

From that video, the real time one, this does not even have to be something from his torture days.
Heck I bet everyone in here has had a face tic, muscle movement, an eye flutter/blink without realizing it until after wards and maybe not even realizing it later unless someone shows you. Add in the fact that he is an older gentlemen as well.
Seems like much to do about nothing.

I was initially thinking fart...but he did not even pause in the middle of a word let alone sentence.
I think it was just a normal facial tick (possibly subconscious reasons like he said a lie, was uncomfortable with that part of the speech), an eye flutter or heck maybe his one eye was just a little dry.
Whatever the reason it did not look like a stroke or something serious.

He actually reminded me of my 90 year old grandmother: I was showing her something in my parents bedroom, and when we turned to leave, she kept trying to go out the wrong door.

I don't think that is a stroke...I think that is Porky Pig syndrome rearing it's ugly head.
How about this one, I laugh every time i see it as it is one of those AWKWARD moments.

Yes, I did. Thank you. I enjoyed it very much, and I've been trying to compose an appropriate response. However, given the way you knocked that sucker out of the park, I've been unable to compose anything remotely comparable.
Personally, I think you should post the response on this board.

He should have taken a page from his running mate there and just left it at "I'll have to get back to ya on that one!"

I think it's important to note that there are hundreds and hundreds of bills that are voted on and some are rejected for some of the pork that is in them that has nothing to do with the basic bill.
So his answer of "ill review it and get back to you was appropriate. However he looked like a goof getting to the point.

Oh I don't think it is funny about why he would or would not vote about the topic or him not knowing if he did or did not vote.
Just that it was one of those moments where he was caught in an awkward state and was not sure what to say...just his pause and expressions in other words...not the other stuff.

Amen. If you've ever addressed a large group of people after a big meal, stick with salad. Nothing like a little Burrito gas to "spice up" a speech.

I didn't see it as serious. He was simply looking for the exit from the stage. Nothing here that I could see.

I was referring to the Viagra vid. Not the OP's vid. Thought that was what Brain was referring to as well.

Outside of the Amtrak scene where they all dressed up and Paul Glover came in to their car, that movie was comedy gold...
