Its very risky and could have dire consequences, but it just might be worth four years of socialist/communist/disaster Obama if we get a real good conservative (I mean CONSERVATIVE, not just republican) after him. It was worth four years of Jimmy Carter to get Ronnie.

I have heard several comparisons to 1976. The problem in my mind is Jimmy Carter was a simple fool. Obama is much more radical and much more dangerous, especially with the backing of wackos like Pelosi, Reed, Durbin and Dodd.

Keep dreaming. If Obama starts to turn around the economy in his first 4 years I don't care how good or real a conservative 'gets after him' that conservative will not win period.

You won't have to worry about him turning around the economy if he raises taxes and gets his 1 trillion to spend on health care and yada, yada. We won't have a paycheck left!

I doubt it... The next president must be honest with the American people and tell them it's not going to be easy.
