60 seats in the Senate? I don't know about that but I could see 55 or so.

While I typically lean towards democratic positions, I don't think it's a good thing for one party to hold all the power.

I do think that having one party running Washington is somewhat scary.

But it has happened before and America is still fine.

I think people are jumping the gun here though.

Also, people need to understand that there will be a huge responsibility carried by the party that does gain control of Washington.

So if the Democrats do indeed wrest control of Washington, they better not have any excuses not getting their agenda passed through.
