For those out there who, like myself, feel that the Republican Party has lost its way over the past few years (in that many decisions can't really be defined as "conservative"), this ad really hits home:

This is not a Republican ad.

Yeah, I suppose I should have phrased that more accurately - a faux Republican ad. Still, I can think of a few real Republicans I know who should take a close look.

Yeah. I'd be much more inclined to vote Republican this year if I actually believed that they would cut spending.

Well at least Mccain says he will freeze spending. Meaning he won't increase the spending. That's a start anyway. But if you really hold conservative values you gotta at least keep Obama out of the White house or you will be wondering where all your money went at the end of the month.

The Melting Pot has a "Democratic" ad in the same vein, delivered by the same guy.

The Republican party does need to get back to it's Grass Roots and put out some of the Yahoo's holding office for ones that are more fiscally responsible
