As of late, all you seem to hear from the RepCons is a bunch of whining about media double standards, drive-by media this and that, all of this crap about Obama being a lying terrorist. Man, I never thought I would see the Repuiblican party and its loyalists collectively become a bunch of whiny victims. It's pathetic.
Oh how the mighty have fallen.
During the Reagan years, some people questioned some of his policies, but no one questions that he loved his country more than he loved his party. He used conservatism as a tool for uniting the country, not dividing it.
Does anyone honestly think Reagan would approve of the kind of campaign McCain is running?
Instead, nowdays it's about blaming liberals and the media. Please just stop and take a look in the mirror and see what you've become, Mr. or Ms. Republican. Your party has become corrupt, unfocused, and as every bit narcissistic as you claim liberals are.

Tell that to Barney Franks and Chris Dobb if you want to talk corruption. As for the media hell members of the media when they have been polled classify themselves as liberal by a large number. As for crying no just asking for fair treatment from the media. Come on you have Chris Matthews saying how everytime he listens to Obama a chill runs ups his leg? :lmao: Yeah no bias there

Karl Rove and George W Bush destroyed their own party.

The Republican Party is bigger then Karl Rove and George W Bush. A great many, of late, have been taking shots at Conservatives. On this board, it happens with regularity. To the victor the spoils, as they say. Of course, Mr. Obama and the Democratic Party will have to close the deal but that's another discussion.
George W Bush didn't destroy the country or the party IMO. Partisan Politics, Political and Corprate corruption, America's lack of desire to govern themselves is more responsible IMO but I am in the minority.

It doesn't help that McCain isn't really a true conservative, he's just a republican!:(

yea, i'm just glad the liberal community didn't do anything to bush like blame him for katrina, say he hates the black man, compared gitmo to a gulag, and on and on and on.
everyone needs to look in the mirror and drop their defenses and open their eyes. to keep this on one side will just keep it going, dude.
people just seem scared to let go of the blame-game.

If they get back to their liberal roots, they'll be fine.

i'm right there with you. we don't always agree, but we never attack the other person for how they feel. i wish we could all get back to that but what would it take? did the gov keep making promises to "give give give" till the average person thought it was expected? they were entitled to a good life because they were born into it?
