Anyone know how to disable the previewing running programs? Whenever I'm working on a document and get to the bottom of the screen the bloody preview boxes keep popping up.

Thanks very much.

p.s. My firefox is much more unstable now that I have vista. Is that a common problem?

I'm not sure on the previewing running programs but my firefox has been working fine since i've had Vista. (since it came out)

my firefox has been giving me trouble lately too. I would have to close the browser and restart it. I think it is probably a firefox problem after the updates since that never happened before. ugh.

Right click the start button, properties, taskbar tab. Disable the window preview there.

i got my first Ipod (my first apple product) two weeks ago. WHen I tried to upgrade, it died. COMPLETELY. I had to go into the Genius Bar and they tried everything and had to give me a new Ipod touch. at least they are quick about it, but it was not a good experience considering I spend considerable amount of time trying to figure out what was wrong with it before giving up and setting up an appointment with the Apple Store.

Computers suck in general.
Windows comes with it's problems and Mac's have their own.

I noticed how great they took care of iPod owners while I was silently raging at the 'Genius Bar' over a broken Power Mac - a $2,500 machine. I felt like swinging it around the store like a club.

I went through a lot of hoops and months of down time and finally filed a complaint to the BBB and Apple gave me a brand new machine.

Computers suck.
