USA Today published its annual study on NFL salaries, and you'll be comforted to know that there is a team getting much less bang for their buck than the Cowboys.

Al Davis' 2-6 Raiders have the highest payroll in the league ($152.4 million). The 5-4 Cowboys ($146.4 million) are the only team even close to that figure. There's a $13 million dropoff to the next highest-paid team, the Vikings.

Five Cowboys cracked the list of top 20 salaries:

11. Terrell Owens ($13,731,560)
16. Tony Romo ($12,886,600)
19. Terence Newman ($12,611,240)
20. Marion Barber ($12,522,400)
