he is really pissin me off with his play. there is no way in Hades he will be there with our first pick if he keeps this up.

however, if he is there in the middle 2nd round, I would be all for trading up to get him.

I was just looking him up and it said he was arrested for a disorderly anybody concerned about that? Anyone think that could lower his draft status? This happened in February so it's not an issue now.

he is a college student...do u realize how many college students get hit with disorderly conduct? quite a few.....being overly loud continuously and disrupting your neighbors can be disorderly conduct. if that is his only charge, so be it. i hope it drops him all the way down to the late 2nd round. Then the Cowboys can take him and let him get disorderly on their opponents next year.

depending on the draft site......i have seen him going anywhere from the 1st - 4th in various mocks....drafttek didnt even have him being drafted in the first 4 rounds.

I was using NFLdraftscout they are pretty good. It's hard to call where players go right now with out knowing who is coming out early and with out knowing their metrics. However a good showing form him should land him in the 2nd round. IDK if he's going to end up in the 1st round he's good but IDK if he's that good like Reggie Nelson/ Kenny Phillips/ Brandon Merriweather good however that's not a bad thing. If he's around in the 2nd or 3rd we should snag him we just have to see what he does at the combine and at the senior bowl cause that will make his draft value skyrocket.

I actually think we are going to part ways with Watkins Brown and Davis this season. I don't want RW to go any where I think it's OBV on plays that we need him or someone like him. I mean, Keith Davis, if I was a casual observer of football and didn't know RW got hurt and Davis stpped in, I wouldn't even know Davis was playing safety, and that's a GOOD THING cause that means I haven't seen him get beat, I can't recall one play where I'm like, MAN Keith Davis blew that coverage, andhe's smacking people around in the box, so He's been a BRIGHT SPOT this year at safety so far and Hamlin isn't playing bad either, we have been playing this bend but don't break defense with Newman out, and that's why our NT's are way down, but now that Newman is back and once Pacman starts opposite Newman after Thanksgiving (HOPEFULLY), I think you'll see Hamlin making more big plays like he did last year, but so far we have played bend but don't break defense with so many rookies at C.B., but our safety playthus far, especially Keith davis has me thinking we can hold off on drafting a Safety early in the draft, I woudn't mind one in round 5-7 but I think our earlier picks should be used to improve our D-line (I want TWO N.T.'s BOTH from Boston College and a D.T. pass rusher we can convert into a D.E. with our top 3 picks) and grab an O.T. somewhere in between if a good one falls!

just because the camera doesn't pan to them after every play doesn't mean he's playing good. He has been on and off the field he hasn't been the only SS we've been using. He's really not doing anything either.

Watkins is in when we go to the nickel....what's your defition of a lot? Because he had that one tackle you amplify his play? Where was these big hits against Jacobs and Jackson when they were running the ball down our throats or the first redskins game? So, every week I recall a good hit I saw and say to myself, WOW what a hit, who was that, and see it was Davis, now I don't put that hit into my memory bank from last week, the week before and the week before so that I could recall it when some guy on amessage board asks me too,all I know is that every week I see at least one really good HIT and each week it's Davis, and I also CANNOT RECALL any pass play Davis has let up, since YOU are big into GAME RECALL, tell me ONE PLAY where Davis has allowed a pass play this year, hell, give me a few examples, SURELY you should be able to do that since you want me to recall TACKLES.

Bottom line, He's hitting people, and NO ONE can deny he's a HITTER since that's all he did his whole career here was HIT PEOPLE, but lacked in pass coverage, but this year it appears his pass coverage skills have improved bigtime, enough so that I can't recall any pass play he let up where as when Roy williams was here I'd recall about 5 a game for BIG GAINS!

So, if we all know he can hit, that can't be denied by any cowboys fan, and it appears he improved his pass coverage ability a lot, if he continues to keep it up for the rest of the season, I don't see a big need for safety early in next years draft, but who knows, maybe he's only had a few good weeks in a row and will screw up, but so far so good is all I'm saying.

Keith Davis is WELL KNOWN by ALL COWBOYS FANS as a BIG HITTER with YOU being the LONE EXCEPTIN, the only reason he didn't start was Roy Williams was ahead of him and his pass coverage wasnt' that great, but it appears he has improved in that area now.

I can't even recall any of Ware's sacks from more then 3 weeks ago and I would remember them a LOT MORE then a nice hit by davis during a game.
