That thing is crazy looking. Looks like it just lies there waiting for something to become entangled in those tentacles. I wich there was some sort of scale in the video. It'd be nice to see how long it is compared to other giant squid breeds like the humbolt.

freakin right it looks a lot like the aliens out of independence day. I think somebody already said that.

That reminds me of Orson Welles' great line about why he only drank wine... when asked why he refused to ever drink water, he said "because fish fornicate in it"... :eek:

Alien like Squid

I'm an alien (and have an official government issued registration certificate to prove it). I eat squid, too. It's o.k. deep fried. Much better in red wine. I like it.
