Well, it depends. Are you in a PPC league?

PPC means Point Per Catch.

Hightower hasn't been all that impressive recently and we have a pass defense that likes to give up catches, 6th worst in the league. If you give players a point per catch then I would go with Ward. I could easily see him having something like a 6 catch 80 yard game against us. In my league that'd be a 14 point game and if he scores a TD then it would be a 20 point game.

With Hightower you just have a TD vulture. Arizona is a past first and pass often team and Hightower is just about 50/50 for scoring in a game. The Rams may be 30th in rush defense but the Cardinals are 32nd in rush offense at only 72 YPG.

Oh then I'd play Hightower over Ward.
