Does anyone know of a good software program that will allow you to fix old photos to like new condition?

I have some old family pics that have cracks in them and stains from years of storage and would like to do some fixing up on my own.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

I appreciate the offer. But my daughter got Adobe Photoshop elements 7 and premiere 7 from some of our friends for Christmas. I think we should be able to use that. It will be fun figuring it out together.

Thanks again.
