Skype and 3-way video conference?

I noticed that Skype doesnt allow it with the base application.

I searched and found a plug in called Spontania 4IM. I installed and execute it but it doesnt allow or show where to do a video conference with more than one person...

Anyone have any experience or ideas or something better for 3 way webcam session?

gmail now has a live video feature, and I think you can do three way on it as well. I find that the quality of video was even better than skype was.
