One of the alleged victims reportedly said she met the CIA officer at a bar in the U.S. embassy and then was taken to his official station chief residence where she said the sexual assault took place.

The kind of places where they stone raped women (Afghanistan, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, to name a few) are not the type of places that allow Muslim women in bars.

Edit: Honestly, given the description of the events it's a bit peculiar that the sub-headline would explicitly mention "Muslim" women, as if it was targetted at a specific group. Honestly, this crime doesn't seem much different that the kind of f-ed up stuff that happens at some college frat parties (unfortunately). And this guy would probably be doing the same **** if he was on US soil.
