Yeah, for some reason, on my wife's computer, NO YouTube videos will display... every video has a "This Video is No Longer Available" message.

Anyone know what might cause that to happen on a specific computer?

Try clearing out the browser cache/cookies. A friend of mine kept getting blocked on youtube, apparently because youtube thought he was in canada. Doing this solved the problem.
