While most of us have been able to avoid getting scammed by Nigerian "princes", Citibank managed to get conned.

Nothing like that surprises me anymore. I would not surprise me if it was some inside job with kick backs involved in the theft as well.

Conservatives have known the bankers were idiots for a long time. Liberals then bankers and at the bottom, government lawyers. No offense to any I listed that run a 100% legit company or group.
