No, it's not. This is about recklessness amongst our elected officials. The system has become innately corrupt, a self-referential cluster flock, with the opinions of the self-interests of the corrupt representatives couched within the rhetoric of the law and the system it comprises.

We should never let the *letter of the law deny the *spirit of the law--and that's what is happening with the bail outs.

We the people, IS the spirit of the fundamental rule (i.e. the RULE OF RECOGNITION) of the Constitution. "We the people" And not 'we the special interests'.
