he's either strapped for cash, trusts his scouting department BIG TIME, or both. Time will tell.....but our division got even better today and we.......didn't. That is a fact.

I just don't get it. A team that went 13-3 a season ago, & we're still trading down?! Come on! So many quality players were still on the board at the #36 pick, & we can't trade up with our old trade buddy, the Browns?!! They were practically taking anything to trade down in the first round, & the most it would have cost was #s 101 & 117 in the 4th rd. In exchange, we would have had our choice of:
WRs Brian Robiske & Mohammed Massaquoi
Pass-rushing OLBs Everette Brown, Connor Barwin, & Clint Sintim, to name a few.
DBs William Moore, Darius Butler, Jarius Byrd, Sean Smith, etc.Come on, Jerry. It's time to grab a few great players & get this team over the hump. You rarely get those types in the latter rounds. Of course, you can get lucky, but the Cowboys don't sit & wait for other teams. We take it to them! Bad day for the Cowboys, IMHO.

If only we could find some way to get a Pro Bowl quarterback, Pro Bowl running back, All-Pro tight end and Pro Bowl defensive lineman without using a first- or second-round pick.
Oh, wait ...
