Ireland went directly against the EU model of more regulations, etc and attracted a lot of high end business with their lower corporate tax rate. THEN they fell into the EU trap of bloating their spending. Now they are having the typical European problem of having to fight the stupidity of the large PUBLIC unions that want more and more for doing less and less.
And the morons on the left want us to be more like the EU.
