If BP starts Romo/Henson next week, it is proof positive that his excuses for not starting them prior to this week were pure BS.
His excuses this week were that it "wouldn't be conducive to a good learning experience" or words to that end.
Now, we face the #2 defense in the league.....one of the hardest to score on in the entire NFL.
Let's just see what kind of a man BP is when it comes to his word.
The ONLY way that he can honestly believe what he says is to start VT.....as much as that makes me ill to say.

You and I both know it is coming.

And worse yet, it'll be done at a time when the team truly doesn't care...
So exactly what kind of reading will that give us on our young QB's?
One of the responsibilities of a coach is to KNOW his team...his roster...his team's talent level...
We, in this forum, knew that better than Parcells...
The time to find out was Thanksgiving...we'd have a much better body of work to evaluate.
Now, the last two games will amount to not much more than high level exhibition games...especially the one against the Giants.

Yes, actually I do....it just pisses me off.....some of the excuses that he uses.
Enough with the excuses, just start them or cut them....bottom line.

It's evident that Vinny does not give us the best chance to win..

Exactly. Not to mention that we are now behind on the "learning curve" for our young blood next year.
This is the worst part about it.
Romo....Henson.....SOMEBODY else should have been starting this year. If VT was to be a back-up this year, then he should have REMAINED a back-up.
BP KNEW before the year began that we would be worse, if you believe his "We may be a better TEAM, but have a worse record." BS.
If ANYTHING, that is proof positive that the young guys SHOULD have been playing this year. That's the ONLY way for that to be true.
This year was just a bunch of BS put forth by BP in virtually EVERY press conference. And so many fans and those in the media swallowed it with sugar.
For what it's worth, and Im not sure of the worth, the Game Day folks at ESPN (Mike, Tom Jackson) maintain that Henson's not an NFL caliber QB, is not a factor, and there will be a new face starting at QB in Dallas next year. They more or less think Romo's not the answer either. Just another opinion to weigh.

Don't worry. His boy will start this game and the game against the Giants.
