It's official: they've got it even if they tie the Browns for the worst record.
Speaking of which, they move up to #2 with the Titans moving up one to #3. Dolphins drop two spots down to four.
Also, the Virginia OT Ferguson is going to stay another year supposively. The Browns may have wanted him since they've been looking for a top tier OT for years.
