A horribly long drawn out season, that flew by...how is that possible?

A horribly long drawn out season, that flew by...how is that possible? We now the answer for that. I always hate when the football season ends for the Cowboys, but this year has been tough. Wait the plot thickens once it's all done tonight.

it DOES sound silly - but the actuality is that dallas can win a lot of games by what they do in that time.

It will be disappointing it we DON'T try to pick up some decent FAs this year.

I think we'll definitely pick up at least 3-4 guys on defense and 2-3 guys on offense before the Draft.

I heard just the opposite. JJ said in a recent news conference that they now know they screwed up last year and wouldn't make the same mistake again this year.

I think Jerry Means they will be wise when sending the money this Offseason. Not overpaying for Veterans near the End of the line like Duce Staley and Bobby Taylor.

And I hope next year there will be enough winning to keep everyone happy. The arguments, disagreements, second guessing, etc only come when you lose.

I hope Parcells and Jerry see this as: the season to learn from mistakes and are aggressive in the draft,FA, and personnel decisions.

It was fun everyone (well maybe not always.............)

Before the draft???

Wow, that's wishful thinking but hey I'm ALL for it!

How is that different from last year? They didn't sign Staley or Taylor.

But they DID sign Testaverde and George.

Probably :D

But it's the New Year and all!

I'm thinking that on offense they will address the OL and back-up RB (L. Jordan) before the Draft, and on Defense, we'll pick up 1 guy in the Secondary and 2 DL (with Wiley gone as well).

Nah, with Campo I had no real hope things would get better.

While Parcells certainly had a terrible off-season last year, I'm expecting him to approach this one with more urgency, a better idea of what's wrong, and some more draft picks and willingness to spend some cap space.

I know many have given up on BP, but I'm willing to give him one more offseason to live up to his reputation.

ANd the late 80's were a nightmare.....

Trust me, there were many before 1984. Probably more than since then.
