I've been waiting to hear your read on this.

Does Dallas' pick (via Buffalo) not get up to 18 becasue of the teams that made the playoffs (like Minnesota)?

I'm surprised that Dallas pick only gets one better if they win than if they lose. Are you sure that's right?

It's my understanding that unless the teams with a worse record play in the Super Bowl, they go back to the same slot as if they hadn't made the playoffs.

Bills pick is incorrect. The Seahawks made the playoffs.

Bills pick is incorrect. The Seahawks made the playoffs.That doesn't matter. It is slotted by record and Opponent's Winning % for all teams except the Super Bowl participants.

Small correction to the first list - Oakland went 5-11. Same order though.

Also, Minnesota went 8-8, right? (Second list)
