Our defense is pathetic.

We let a rookie quarterback own our defense? ? Zimmer is horrible. I'm tired of seeing our cornerbacks give opponent WRs a 10 yard cushion when all they need is 5 yards for a 1st down! What ever happened to bump & run coverage? What ever happened to blitzing the rookie on 3rd and long?

There is seriously something wrong when your WHOLE secondary bites on a pump fake and allows a wide reciever to get WIDE OPEN and walk right into the endzone. It's just pathetic. You go from the #1 defense in the league to this? You cannot blame that all on injuries. Responsibility will find its way to the top sooner or later.

And then freakin' Zimmer decides to go ultra-conservative and goes with the damn prevent defense...which of course gets owned.

The only thing the prevent does is prevent you from winning, Zimmer!

I just say we blitz as many people as possible and make the rookie prove himself, because we obviously can't give ANY quarterback time or they will own our secondary.

I hope we can get more than 2 starters this offseason. We need them.
