What do you guys think of Gary Kubiak as O Coordinator if he is fired from the Texans ( rumor) ? Lets say Wade stays after this year and Red is either let go or gets a job with the Raiders( I see that interview coming after the win over them on Thursday). How would you guys feels me I'm not sure.:starspin

Garrett will be promoted before Jerry let's him go.

He is already assinstant head coach. What are they going to promote him to? Senior Assistant Head Coach in charge of Ground and Air?

Gary Kubiak was WCO, and cowboys run Air Coryell. Why would that be a good fit? Its akin to almost changing from 3-4 to 4-3 Defense.

Wade doesn't have a contract for next year. If Garrett gets any interest he'll be promoted to HC.

If Garrett gets any interest, it'll be because we did well in the post season. And if we do well in the post season, Wade will be here next year.
