Heard on Sportstalk 980 in DC that the resident Munchkin (Redskin owner Danny Snyder) and his Bag Carrier (GM (sorta) Vinny Cerato) made a trip to Austin to watch Colt McCoy play recently. Last time Danny Boy scouted a quarterback in person was Patrick Ramsey and the Skins made him their number one draft pick that year.

Appears as if they continue to do their best to make their current QB Jason Campell feel like used bathwater.

They should be looking for a kicker, Shaun "Choke" Suisham is the reason there losing games

Suisham was cut this week. The new kicker is some Scottish dude who kicked in the Arena Football League. Things are so bad in D.C. they mentioned he kicked a 67 yard field goal in High School. They followed that up by reporting that field goal wasn't counted because of a penalty on the offense. :lmao2:

I'm only hoping and praying that the Redskins reach for a QB in the draft and get their organization held hostage for another 6 years of below-average football.

If they don't get Bradford they will be doomed again.

I seriously wish they'd stop drafting Texas kids and ruining their NFL careers.

They hit on Darrell Green/Dexter Manley and have been drafting Texas kids ever sense.

This would be perfect we can injure him every year and it will ruin their chances.

There are Cowboys players I hate less than these two dim-wits...

Every time I hear Cerrato speak, I have the uncontrollable desire to punch him in the face, has hard as I possibly can.

Me too... I want to root for every Horns player who hits the NFL, but I can't root for any damned 'ol Redskin...

I hate that they got Orakpo...

Goes to show you -- C. Montgomery Snyder and Waylon Cerrato scout Clausen and McCoy...and Campbell is quietly playing very well...

I am not getting excited. I don't want to fall for it again. But, since Lewis took over the playcalling, Campbell has looked like a legitimate QB

These two posts made me smile.

Campbell is like that ex-girlfriend. You know the one. There's so much to like. She gives you those hopes, those glimpses of "this time it will different..." She's so sweet for a while. Then...you find out she's been sleeping with four other guys....

I so don't want to fall for it again. Campbell has so much to like. He handles himself with class. He has the physical "tools". He's been better than Jay Cutler. (Dear God, thank you for saving Snyderatto from themselves...again!)...and...here is the part I hate. He has been playing very well since his KC benching...

In the 7 games since:

153/235 65.1% 1755 yrds 7.6 ypa 11 TDs 6 Ints. And here is where I get myself into trouble. Over a full season, that's 4011 yrds, 25 TD and 13 Int...that's so tantalizing...

Let me put it this way: Campbell is to Redskins fans, what December is to Cowboys fans! :)

I really hope they fall in love with Campbell again and sign him to a huge deal. I really do.
