I already have a thread.
Nobody notices because your thread titles don't really mention anything about a game.

We kinda want the Vikes to win this just so they are playing for HFA in week 17 against the Giants.

Did the Panthers really just chose to throw a hailmary before the half over kicking a 52 yd FG to take a possible 9-7 lead??-lol
I have seen it all now

Now the Eagles have a chance of getting the 2 seed, great. Pissed right now. I already mad they are in the playoffs now they may get HFA??

If the Eagles get the 2 seed, it won't matter because we'll be sitting at home, unless NY drops a game to Wash or Panthers and we beat Wash.

The Vikes need to lose two games for the Eagles to have a chance at the #2 seed. If they end up losing tonight and the Eagles win next week then no way Favre and company are riding the pine the final game.

Exactly that's why I'm nervous as hell right now because they will know on 1/3/09 that may have a chance to win the division and get the number 2 seed since they win tiebreaker with minnesota

Right, there is a chance the Eagles will be on a 1st round bye and us playing the Vikings at the Dome in a first round wildcard game if the Giants lose one of their last two

Dang. This game is turning into a pretty good *** whipping. Minnesota looks pretty damn vulnerable at the moment.

What if...
The Eagles get the #2 seed. The Cowboys finish 10-6 and the Vikes beat the Giants wk 17. Are we still out of the playoffs?

No. If the Giants lose a game and we win one more, we're in.

Nothing comes easy for the Cowboys. We're going to have to win out to get into the playoffs. But that's the way it should be. Fight going into the playoffs, fight through the playoffs.

Exactly. The playoffs started last night.

I agree the Cowboys just need to focus on themselves and do what they need to do. But the Vikes will have to play out the schedule now because the Eagles are breathing down their neck. Which is a good thing for us because I do not see the Giants winning in Minnesota.

suddenly the Egirls could be playing for for #2 in the NFC...could make that last game a lot more meaningful for Philthy

I think the vikings now are in a position where they will be playing up to week 17 regardless. They look like they're in a funk, and they need to play themselves out of it. With HFA on the line they will have to play.
After just coming off of a 2 game losing streak, we don't have any business dropping any games from here on out. Any losses we accumulate is on us, so we get what we deserve.
I almost hope Philly gets the 2 seed, and then we don't have to play them back to back weeks. That's the kind of stuff that bothers me and reminds me of 07 when we played the Giants one time too many.
Monday night football could ease a lot of minds if Washington plays the Giants half as tough as they are going to play us next Sunday.

Could be a little distracting for them.
I hope they're thinking about it already.

Is it possible for us to get the tiebreaker with Minnesota?
If we win out we'd be 11-5 and so would Minnesota if they lose out.
#2? That'd be cool.

It's been that way the entire season... IF you can block their front 7 it's a wrap.
