No comparison, but just so people know, the Jets gave up 7 non Offensive TDs to only 2 for the 2000 Ravens.


You take away those TDs for both, the Ravens gave up 9.44 PPG while the Jets gave up 11.69 PPG


And if you take away non-Offensive TDs and Safeties, the '09 Jets gave up fewer points than the 85 Bears. Keep in mind all the rules that have changed between now and then to favor the Offense.

both defenses were top 5 defenses(the Jets have a better one this season)
